I am currently working as a Consultant Family Physician at Apollo Hospital Centre, with a special interest in diabetes and elderly care. I completed my postgraduate training in General Practice in the UK and subsequently worked as a Family Physician in the UK. I am a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP). I served as an examiner for the Diploma in Family Medicine, conducted by RCGP and Apollo Med varsity, for seven years.
I am a dedicated Family Physician with 30 years of extensive experience providing comprehensive patient care at Apollo Hospital. I consult with a significant number of international patients and refer them to appropriate specialists when required.
My areas of special interest include obesity, diabetes, hypertension, elderly care, adult and travel vaccinations, and infectious diseases. I also provide psychological counselling to my patients, thereby supporting both their physical and mental well-being.
I ensure that my patients receive holistic and personalized care. I am a firm believer in continuity of care for patients and their families.
